Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world’s first project by the renowned French luxury car brand Bugatti. Binghatti Properties, one of Dubai’s leading developers, is the creator of this extraordinary complex. Located in the thriving neighborhood of Business Bay, the striking landmark will comprise 2 towers, each standing 52 stories high (4B+G+1P+45+R).

The architectural concept of Bugatti Residences skillfully combines expert craftsmanship with the impeccable heritage of Bugatti. The design evokes the ripples of the French Riviera’s beaches and Dubai’s sand dunes. Every residence will feature tailored Bugatti furniture with iconic design elements such as the famous C-line and the extravagant horseshoe motif. Each unit in the Riviera Mansion Collection will be adorned with the name of a world-renowned destination like Cannes, St. Tropez, or Monaco.

The penthouses will provide breathtaking views of the Dubai Water Canal on one side and Burj Khalifa-Downtown on the other. Layouts will include luxurious features like his and her walk-in closets, staff rooms, laundry rooms, and jacuzzis.

Residences will also offer ample parking, with 3, 5, or 7 parking spots allocated for 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, respectively.
