Farm Gardens was launched by Emaar Properties in Q4 2022 and comes as the fifth phase of The Valley community in Dubailand. There are 146 premium units available for purchase in the countryside-style development, namely 4 and 5-bedroom villas with living areas of 4,950 sq. ft and 5,656 sq. ft. The average plot size ranges from 8,914 sq. ft to 10,004 sq. ft.

Farm Gardens in The Valley will be strategically located alongside the Al Ain Road – Dubai and Jebel Ali – Lehbab Rd, providing easy access to the rest of the emirate. In fact, you will be able to reach Dubai International Airport, Business Bay and DIFC within a radius of 25 minutes. Please note that the public transport infrastructure has not been developed yet within The Valley, so it’s best to get around by car or taxi.
When living in Farm Gardens, you will be able to reach a number of social facilities within about a 15-minute drive.
